METAL FABRICATION
WORKSHOP
Equipped with advanced machinery and modern production technologies, our metal fabrication workshop supports precision cutting, bending, welding, inspection, and powder coating.
The integrated overhead crane system ensures efficient material handling, optimized workflow, and consistent quality throughout every stage of production.
WEAVING WORKSHOP
Our weaving workshop is equipped with 12 advanced weaving machines integrated with smart manufacturing technology, enabling flexible customization and tailored solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Designed for both efficiency and scalability, the facility can produce up to 40-foot containers per day across multiple product categories, ensuring reliable capacity, consistent quality, and timely delivery for international markets.
CUSHION WORKSHOP
Our cushion workshop offers a wide range of fabric options, including Polyester, Poly C/D, Polyspun, and Olefin, with fabric weights of 180g, 190g, and 220g.
We provide various foam density options, including D20, D30, and D35, to meet different comfort and performance requirements.With flexible design and customization capabilities, we are able to create cushion solutions tailored to diverse customer preferences and project specifications.
